All Fair Applications Should Be Complete

By msecsuper Mar 01, 2011
Topics:
  • Online Registration

All science applications should be complete at this point. You can still log in and download the MSEF, check in and check out forms but any changes made after March 9th will not be used. If you have issues or problems please contact us immediately (Email: webmaster@mercersec.org).

Elementary (grades 4-5) and Junior (grades 6-8) should be bringing a copy of all their signed forms to the fair where they will be turned in. Seniors (grades 9-12) should have mailed in the applications already. They should bring an extra copy to check in just in case. They should bring their check in form. Everyone please check out the Restricted Items for the project displays. Check in will take about fifteen minutes but make sure your check in form is signed before you leave. We look forward to seeing you at the fair.

Junior (grade 6-8) and Senior (grade 9-12) Projects should be registered online by the end of the day March 1st. ONLY SENIOR division projects need to mail in A COPY of  their forms as noted in the online registration process. The online application can still be completed or adjusted after this date including updating the abstract until March 10th. Any changes past this point will be ignored. Please email or call if you missed the deadline. Some schools had requested an extension. Make sure your online registration information is complete.

For the Senior division, do not mail in the check-in and check-out letters. Bring them to the fair. The MSEF application page and the ISEF forms that you need should be mailed in. Do not send any forms you do not need. For example, if you did not study humans in your project then you do not need to include the human subjects form.
