What do I need for the Fair?

Just a quick review of what is needed to participate in the fair. First, ALL divisions must register online and bring a copy of their check-in letter with them to the fair. Additional details by division below. The mailed ORIGINALS for the Junior and Senior division must have a post date of March 2nd or earlier.

KEEP A COPY of any forms you mail in. Bring a copy with you to the fair. You do not need to hand these in unless there is a problem with the mailed in application. We will contact any student whose application has a problem prior to the fair if it was mailed in on time. Do not mail in the check-in form. Bring it to the fair. DO NOT mail in blank forms you did not use.

The online abstract can be changed up to March 11th. The abstract MUST be a summary of the project including the RESULTS and ANALYSIS. It should not be the project plan. The abstract can be displayed on the table or on the display board.

Elementary Division:
Also bring a signed original of the MSEF application form to the fair. Nothing gets mailed in.

Junior Division:
Mail in the MSEF and ISEF forms. Post abstract online and should have the ISEF abstract on display.

Senior Division:
Mail in the MSEF and ISEF forms. Must post abstract online and must have the ISEF abstract on display.
